Tender description

Norfolk County Council have entered into block contracts for the provision of Home Support Services for the area within the Eastern Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Group of the County. Continuing Health Care (CHC) Provision was incorporated in this tender and we expect that the organisation(s) who are awarded the Home Support block contract in these three lots will also be the preferred provider for Continuing Health Care Provision. It was our intention to tender for these services in lots. Applicants were able to apply for 1 or more lots.
