Tender description

The Dementia Advisory Service will provide support to people with a diagnosis of dementia and their families/ carers through information, advice and guidance, and sign posting in order to help the person and their families to live well with dementia and access the level of support that is needed. All other relevant information including KPI's will be contained within the Service Specification which will be published with the Invitation to Tender documents. The anticipated start date for the service is around 1.4.2015 and therefore the provider will need to be in a position to deliver the service from this date. Bidders are invited to express an interest in providing this service by email to Roman Klimczak and Elaine Butler, no later than 23.12.2014. The services to which this advertisement relates fall within Part B of Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations.
