Tender description

The Contracting Authority's current contract for receipt of payments for Council tax, housing rents and temporary accommodation with smaller volumes from leasehold services and other services via a UK network of third party outlets ends on 31.5.2016. The Contracting Authority is seeking tenders in order to facilitate the acceptance of payments in cash, cheques and debit cards for council tax, housing rent, temporary accommodation, leasehold and other services across a network of branches both locally and UK wide. Payments will be driven by bar coded invoices, payment booklets and magnetic swipe cards in order to facilitate this service. Payment methods are dependent upon the requirements of the specific service type and can either be made by use of a bar code, a magnetic swipe card or a combination of both.
