Tender description

The Contracting Authority's current contract for the supply and dispatch of payment cards for Council Services ends on 10.3.2016. The Contracting Authority is seeking a service provider to supply 40 000 plastic magnetic swipe cards, plastic wallets, envelopes and card carriers to enable customers to make bill payments for a number of different services through a UK network of third party outlets. The service will include the supply, storage, branding of the local authority name and embossing / thermal printing of the appropriate service name and the unique customer information onto the card. The service to include the preparation and the dispatch of the stock as required by the Contracting Authority, in conjunction with agreed frequency of orders. Please note that the requirement is not for pre-loaded cards and there will be no monetary value attached.
