Tender description

The Courts Service is tendering to provide a Facilities Technician at the Washington Street Courthouse, Washington Street, Cork. There is currently one full time Facilities Assistant on site at the Courthouse who is supported in his role by a Facilities company. The Facilities Technician will hold responsibilities for the co-ordination of all facilities services including mechnical and electrical systems in an historic and high profile building in the centre of Cork City. Tenderers should read Part A, B and C together. Tenderers MUST complete and return the requirements set out in the Part C document. All Replies (3 hard copies) must be returned to the Courts Service at Cork Regional Office, 74 Penrose Wharf, Penrose Quay, Cork by 29th May 2015 at 12.00 noon. All envelopes should be clearly marked "Facilities Technician Cork"
