Tender description

This notice pertains to the establishment of a Light Touch Dynamic Purchasing System. It is our intention to follow the rules of the Light Touch Regime due to the requirement falling under the category of Professional Educational Services. The system will run for a period of 4 years, with an option to extend for an additional 2 years. This is planned to replace the previous provision of the Operational Associates Framework currently live on Redimo2. This expires 1.3.2016. The replacement system will also be run via the Redimo2 platform. The planned go-live date for the system is 11.3.2016, allowing a period of time from 1.2.2016 for population of the system via open and fair process. 29.1.2016 — OJEU publication; 1.2.2016 — Notice placed on the current system advising participants of the transition; 1.2.2016 — Redimo2 ready to accept participant expressions of interest; 15.2.2016 — Appraisal of participants begins; 11.3.2016 — New system goes live for call-offs to begin.
