Tender description

The Authority is looking for a supplier to develop a framework/methodology for assessing the economic (i.e. cost to industry) and environmental (benefits) impacts of the Best Available Technique (BAT) Reference documents (BREFs), to help inform the UK negotiating position on each BREF. Following the development of the framework for assessment, the project will also carry through the assessment of impacts (costs and benefits) for a number of priority BREFs each year.
