Tender description

Provision of Customer Service Ambassadors and Cleaning Services at SYPTE sites in South Yorkshire. South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced provider of the above Services. Service providers are required to provide customer service and cleaning services at SYPTEs premises and operational infrastructure throughout the county which include: — Head office, — Main and mini interchanges, — Park and ride sites, — On-street infrastructure. It is expected that the services provided under this contract will be delivered in a fully integrated and collaborative manner to fully achieve the required outcomes. An indicative scope of services required under this contract will include (but are not limited to): — Customer Service Provision — advice, help, assistance with travel enquiries and the issuing of transport related retail products, the provision of reception and head office attendant services. — Interchange control room duties, CCTV operation and monitoring management of access control systems. — The protection of property other assets and data.
