Tender description

Lancashire County Council is inviting suitable experienced and qualified suppliers to tender to deliver commercial agency services including but not limited to marketing and valuations to the Enterprise Zone in Lancashire. The contract will appoint a commercial agent to provide a co-ordinated and complementary approach to the marketing, letting, management of the Samlesbury Enterprise Zone in Lancashire. The contract is expected to commence on or around the 1st April 2016 and will end on 31st March 2018 with a further option to extend for any number of defined periods not exceeding 31st March 2020.
