Tender description
CONTRACT-A5FD-CHYGSE Building Energy Management Systems Support Contract for The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trusts Trend Building Energy Management System. The Service Level Agreement shall include: — BMS Motor Control/Electrical control panels and associated fixed electrical installations. — BEMS/IT head-end equipment maintenance, including all PC's, Network controllers, Modems, and printers (as applicable). — Hardware maintenance, including all outstations, I/O cards/modules and connected field devices i.e. detectors, sensors, switches, actuators, control valves and Frequency Invertors. — Software maintenance to include all firmware and software updates. — Building performance maintenance (including Energy efficiency measures). — Electrical Installation and Testing. — Emergency Call-outs. — Additional Works requested by the contracts manager. — Support to any Additions to the system.
