Tender description

Playing to your strengths is a brief development programme for executive level leaders within the NHS and across health and social Care. The original programme was designed as a national programme offering up to 60 places a year to executive level leaders within NHS Scotland. 12 such national programmes have been delivered since the programme's inception in 2011. We are looking to contract up to 10 exceptional executive coaches to work, individually or as part of a team to deliver the Playing to your Strengths programme over a 2 year period April 2016-March 2018.
