The contract with the existing car club operator comes to an end on the 30th June 2016. Liverpool City Council are seeking to procure an experienced and accredited Car Club operator to provide residents and businesses with a Car Club operation in Liverpool as of 1st July 2016. The purpose of this questionnaire is 1. to inform the market of LCC’s ambitions for the car club contract; 2. collate comments, views and suggestions to help shape each of the procurement exercises and, 3. to gauge the market’s appetite for the procurement of the car club contract in Liverpool.
