Assistance with Sourcing of Clerical Support Staff for HSE

Tender description

The Health Service Executive (HSE) invites tenders from suitably qualified service providers for the sourcing of clerical support staff for HSE Health Business Services, Manorhamilton, Co. Leitrim. While it is HSE’s intention that the contracted service provider is required to meet this immediate requirement, the HSE may use the outcome of this competition for other sourcing requirements of other clerical/administrative support staff for a period of up to 12 months. HSE anticipates that a contract will be awarded by the end of w/c 16th February 2015, with this initial requirement for the sourcing of 35 clerical support staff to be completed and in place with HSE without delay, but in any event not later than 13th March 2015. HSE can accommodate an incremental supply of clerical staff between 16th February and 13th March 2015. The anticipated contract duration of the clerical support staff will be for a period of 6-8 months.
