Tender description

Keele University is the largest single site campus in the UK at 617 acres. The Grounds Team are responsible for the maintenance of all the grassed areas including the Sports Fields, the Woodlands and the formal Parks. The University is inviting Tenders to appoint a company to provide on a four (4) year lease agreement (with 2 x 12 month extension options) the following agricultural equipment: 3 x Tractors, 1 x Ride on Mower, 1 x 4WD Utility Vehicle, 1 x Roller Mower, 1 x Zero Turn. The agreement shall include all associated costs including but not limited to rental, delivery, planned and reactive maintenance and operator training (as set out within the tender documents). For breakdowns the supplier shall be required to attend site (Keele Campus) within a maximum of 2 hours. This tender is being run as an Open EU tender procurement exercise.
