548 - Cloud Based Repository

Tender description

This contract is to provide a Cloud Based repository system. The scope of contract includes all costs required to achieve the requirements set out in the User Requirement Specification including but not limited to the initial costs to establish the infrastructure required to deliver the services and full lifecycle costs of delivering the services. This tender will establish a 12 month rolling contract between CPI and the successful supplier which will be reviewed and renewed on an annual basis for up to five (5) years with the possibility to extend the contract beyond that term if further funding is secured. It is anticipated there will be an annual service charge which will cover the full cost of the service CPI will pay this annual fee up front on an annual basis.
