Tender description

This brief defines the support role for a consultant in building an Economic Case, to Green Book standard, for a Conference Centre and Hotel development scheme in Blackpool. The conference centre will be based within the Winter Gardens with the private sector hotel adjacent. The activity will directly support a submission into the Lancashire Enterprise Partnership (LEP), to seek Growth Deal 3 grant approval. Information provided, will also support a separate Stage 2 submission into the Coastal Communities Fund (CCF), although the Growth Deal Business Case is the focus for support.
