Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of 34 social housing units comprised of 17 No. Cat 2 apartments, with the exact mix to be confirmed. The work includes the requirement for site development and engineering works. The contract will be for approximately 20 months from date of award and is scheduled to start by the end of June 2017. It is expected that ALL units built under this contract will achieve ‘Secured By Design’ and Lifetime Homes accreditation. The scope of The Savoy project is the delivery of 34 No. Cat 1 and Cat 2 units; the scale of The Savoy project is approx. £3.2m and the complexity of The Savoy project includes the construction of one or two apartment blocks comprising 34 residential units. The project includes provision of engineering services and external and site development works which achieve Secured by Design and Lifetime Homes standards. Ground Investigations have yet to be carried out.
