Tender description

This pilot study aimed to investigate the current quality assurance (QA) level of the National Atmospheric Emissions Inventory (NAEI) and the resource applied to upgrade the QA level to DECC's current model QA standards. The direct award of contract is justified under section 32(2)(b)(ii) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015: Competition is absent for technical reasons.
