Tender description
The Works comprise replacement of the copper roof coverings to the main roof of the Municipal block of the Civic Centre, a Grade II* listed structure in the centre of Southampton. These works require Listed Building Consent which has already been applied for through Southampton City Council’s Historic Environment Group Leader. All aspects of the works are subject to the requirements of Southampton City Council’s Historic Environment Group Leader.
