Tender description

The Highland Council intend to create a framework agreement with a number of Housing Support service providers to create a network of floating support services across the Councils geographical area. Supported accommodation provision and directly associated housing support is out-with the scope of this requirement. Please note the Purchasing Authority views this requirement as a Part B Service or Light Touch Regime as defined by the former and/or current Regulations, hence the timetable not complying fully with the minimum requirements and further that the Purchasing Authority will however be voluntarily following the mandatory standstill period prior to award.
