Service Concession contract to set up and manage a contract hire vehicles Framework Agreement

Tender description

An award of a service concession contract to enable the setting up and management by an economic operator of a contract hire vehicles Framework Agreement on behalf of Hertfordshire County Council. A list of the members with access to the framework can be obtained from http://www.tppl.co.uk/about-us/our-members/. This is not the award of the Framework Agreement, but simply the award notice for the service concession contract that will be used to set up and manage the contract hire framework throughout its duration. Please note that a Voluntary ex ante transparency (VEAT) notice (ref: 2016/S 090-160499) was submitted to the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) on 06 May 2016 in relation to this service concession contract. This service concession contract shall commence July 2016 and shall continue until the completion of invoicing for all deliveries for orders placed under the aforementioned vehicle contract hire Framework Agreement.
