Choice Housing Ireland recognise that there may be occasions when some of our tenants cause anti-social behaviour, whether it be excessive noise, arguing with other tenants or noisy parties, and on such occasions we require a rapid response solution. The Association wishes to engage a sole provider on a 3 year term to provide ASB response services, mobile patrols as designated sites, basic h&s checks and security at development sites. To summarise the Association require one provider to: — Respond to ASB calls — Carry out basic health and safety checks at designated sites — Provide vacant site security at designated sites.
