Most of the locations are already furnished with equipment such as microphones and cabling, but at least part of it needs upgrading. The NMC wishes to: •Record all hearings and preliminary meetings in electronic form; •Provide any party to the proceedings, who applies for one, with a transcript of any part of the hearing or preliminary meeting at which she/he was entitled to be present.
