Blackpool Council currently have their swimming pools tested monthly; these water samples are collected monthly, by the supplier, and are taken back to the labs to test for any bacterial contamination in the pools and fall in line with Blackpool Council’s Health & Safety guidelines. Blackpool Council requires the following: Collection on a set day each month i.e. the first Tuesday of the month, this is so the samples ready for collection If there is a negative reading, a re-test is to be done within 48hrs Testing for the following bacteria – Coliform/Pseudomonas/Aerobic Colony/E-coli Keywords: Pool Samples , Water Testing , Swimming Pool
