Tender description

Metropolitan are proposing to enter into a competitive tendering process for the provision of Gas and Electricity (HH and NHH) to its Assets including but not limited to it's housing stock (communal areas), care schemes and offices. Metropolitan currently has the following meters: Monthly — 2323 NHH, 19 HH and 235 Gas and Quarterly — 162 NHH and 65 Gas. This number is not static and metropolitan in conjunction with its energy bureau services supplier continue to identify supplies. These figures are not static and will fluctuate in line with new developments and the decommissioning of assets. The group consumption is approx: Electricity 20.3 Gwh and Gas 50.5 Gwh. Metropolitan is seeking to procure the supplies directly from gas and electricity suppliers and not brokers.
