Enfield Council’s Health, Housing and Adult Social Care Procurement The London Borough of Enfield (LBE) is seeking a Residential and Nursing Care Home Service Partner to deliver Residential, Nursing and Respite care services for older people. The new service will provide Residential, Residential Dementia, Nursing, Nursing Dementia, Continuing Health Care, Respite Care, End of life care and people with advanced dementia and complex needs care. All services are to be delivered within a Council owned, new build 70 bed Care Home, including home management and operation and maintenance in accordance with the lease as part of an 84 month contract with a 36 month extension subject to performance, strategic relevance and demand. .
