Halton Borough Council wishes to carry out roof re-covering works to the following property; Picow Farm Depot Office, Runcorn The work will comprise the following:- 1.1 Proposed stripping off of the existing roof finish and the installation of a new liquid applied system, to include all associated works. All to be complete as per specification and drawings. 1.2 The works will commence circa September / October 2016 Exact date TBA The closing date for questions relating to this opportunity is Wednesday 3rd August 2016 at 10.00am.
