Tender description
The purpose of the service will be to: Provide a multi-component healthy lifestyle programme to support children and young people aged between 4-11 years, (and their families) who are on or above the 91st percentile to reach and to maintain a healthier Body Mass Index (BMI) and improve lifestyles by introducing healthier behaviours to be sustained in the long term. Provide a multi-component healthy lifestyle programme to support secondary school children aged 11-16, with a BMI on or above the 91st centile, to maintain a healthier Body Mass Index (BMI) and improve lifestyles by introducing healthier behaviours to be sustained in the long term. The provider will need to work in partnership with schools and other professionals to identify target young people.
