PHE Porton Down - Minor Works Framework

Tender description

The framework covers minor works for the whole site at PHE/PBL Porton Down. The minor works are to non-specialist areas or equipment and fall into the following main categories: • Mechanical & Electrical • General Building Services • Roofing • Civils including Groundworks All works to be in accordance with project specific specifications. The proposed works will be within the Public Health England Site at Porton Down or the Production area located within the curtilage of the adjacent DSTL facility. The sites are within a security fence with strict control regarding access and egress. The site comprises external areas, buildings for production, laboratories, administration, finance, facilities and storage. It includes areas that are subject to GMP and Containment but it is not intended in this contract that work will be issued in these areas.
