Tender description

The Haymarket car park is a 2 level car park of concrete construction, forming part of the Haymarket Shopping Mall. Entrance and exit to the car park is through a ramp connected to Belgrave Gate Street. The car park area towards Charles Street overlooks the new central bus station. Staircases and a lift can be used to enter the Haymarket shopping mall. There is some air handling units located on the roof of the car park. The car park is maintained and operated by the Hay Market shopping centre manager, whose office is located on the second floor of the mall. Repair works are required for the car park.
