NU/1197 The Supply and Installation of Two Flow Cytometers and Upgrad to Two Cell Sorter Systems

Newcastle University’s Faculty of Medical Sciences Flow Cytometry Core Facility based within the Centre for Life, require two new High End Analytical Flow Cytometers for use in this facility as well as upgrades to two existing units. Lot 1: for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of two high end Analytical Flow Cytometers with matched laser wavelengths, detector and filter configurations. Each system must be supplied with an integrated workstation, display monitor and software to enable the daily use, maintenance and quality control/performance tracking of the system. Lot 2: Laser and detector upgrade to existing Cell Sorter systems. Currently the Newcastle FCCF owns two multi-laser, multi-detector high speed cell sorter systems that would benefit from upgrades to the number of available lasers and associated detectors.
