Tender description

This open invitation for suppliers is intended to allow interested firms, who are capable of developing the facility outlined in the PIN, the opportunity to share their expertise and insight on the requirement. Through this preliminary market consultation the University hopes to gain valuable insight that we can use in the planning and conduct of the procurement procedure. The primary objectives of this process are: •To allow suppliers to submit innovative ideas that can influence the procurement stage of the project •Assist the University in packaging the procurement(s) to maximise competition and ensure sufficient market interest in the procurement (s) •To understand which organisations may be interest in supplying some or all of the requirement •To determine any particular risks and issues that need to be further considered This is not a call for competition as described in Regulation 26 (8) of The Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The estimated cost excluding VAT is a range between GBP 480,000.00 and GBP 600,000.00.
