Independent Systems Case Reviewer to undertake an LSCB Internal Case Review Sefton Local Safeguarding Children Board (LSCB) is seeking an individual to undertake a Systems Case Review. The role will lead the review involving agencies who have been involved in the child and their family’s life and will be supported by LSCB Unit staff. It is expected that this review will commence as soon as possible and will be completed and reported in written and oral form to the LSCB by November 2016. You will need to have significant previous experience of undertaking Case Reviews for an LSCB and experience of using the System Review methodological approach.
