Warwick District Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitable suppliers for services to include: i) The technical assessment — during the course of accompanied site visits — of the heating systems at the 15 No of its sites (located in Warwickshire, UK). Warwick District Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitable suppliers for services to include: i) The technical assessment — during the course of accompanied site visits — of the heating systems at the 15 No of its sites (located in Warwickshire, UK) where it considers it has a requirement to comply with the requirements of the Heat Network (Metering and Billing) Regulations 2014; ii) The subsequent design of a relevant, compliant, heat-metering proposal, and, the offer of the supply of all specified hardware/devices for installation by the Council's contracted installer. iii) The offer of all needed to establish and operate a remote-reading capability to allow the ready collection of consumption data. The Council will ask interested suitable suppliers for their previous experience with similar projects in order to develop the specification. This soft market testing is not part of the Council's procurement; the start of the procurement will be a separate exercise.
