GB-London: Provision of Information Technology Health Checks (ITHC) for Public Services Network (PSN)

Tender description

ARP are procuring an ITHC provider to assist with the application to gain the required accreditation from GDS (Government Digital Services) for a number of DNSP links to a number of Ambulance Trusts in various locations as set out in below. These said links will be used to connect a number of control room solutions to data centre’s and the ESN network so supplier communications to the Ambulance Services. ARP have agreed a scope for the ITHC with the accreditors (GDS) and have successfully run that scope at two pilot trusts prior to this tender. The ITHC is to include the existing Control Room Solution, the Trust CAD system, the Trust Mobile Data Solution and a sample of the corporate Trust network. The ITHC will be carried out at the following Nine Ambulance Trusts: •East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust •Isle of Wight Ambulance Service NHS Trust •London Ambulance Service NHS Trust •South Central Ambulance Service NHS Trust •East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust •Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust •West Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust •South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Trust •South West Ambulance Service Foundation Trust The ITHC Service provided by the successful supplier are expected to be carried out at all of the 9 Ambulance Trusts between September and December 2016. The Maximum Total Firm Fixed £80,000 for the completion of all 9 ITHC.
