Tender description

We are looking to review our Equality and Diversity policy statement and to develop a strategy and action plan which will ensure that RBH is compliant with all Equality and Diversity legislation and, in time, elevate RBH to the position of being seen as a leader in this area of work. We also have an established customer group, Services for All, who are tasked with ensuring continuous improvement in the area of Equality and Diversity and who are there to challenge RBH in delivering services that are accessible for all. As with many customer groups they are currently not fully representative of the communities in which RBH works and hence we would like to build capacity within this group to ensure that, even if they are not represented, the views of all customer groups are considered in their work.
