Essex Fire Authority is proposing to construct a new vehicle workshop building at their headquarters site in Essex. The tender is for Consultancy Services providing Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Lead Consultant and Contract Administration roles in order to assist in the procurement and management of a Design Team and Principal Contractor.
