Tender description
The Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) has awarded the Council development funding for a Townscape Heritage project in the Church Street Conservation Area. £1.2million has been earmarked to deliver the scheme, subject to an approved second-round submission. This brief has been prepared to outline the expectations of Hartlepool Borough Council in the enhancement of Church Square. The proposed development will form a new central area in the heart of the town which complements the buildings and provides a revitalised public space.
