CCTV Remote Monitoring

Tender description

The Authority is seeking suitably qualified Suppliers to bid for the provision of a Remote CCTV Monitoring Service contract. As part of the existing CCTV operation the Authority has a Control Room and Viewing Suite. It is now seeking to cease the use of its control room and viewing suite and instead appoint a contractor to perform its monitoring activities at a remote facility. The Supplier will be required to liaise with the Authority’s contracted CCTV maintenance provider to implement the required CCTV Data Transmission to the Remote Control Room. The successful Supplier will be required to work closely with the Authority’s representatives, partner agencies such as the police and others with an interest such as shopping centre managers. The proposed Contract is for an initial term of two (2) years with the further extension option of three 12 month periods.
