Tender description

In line with the requirement to be ‘paperless’ by April 2020, the aim of this project is for Norfolk Community Health and Care (NCH&C) to store specific records in an electronic format. The project scope is limited to the scanning and electronic storage of records; including but not limited to patient health records, child health records, employee records and financial records. The Trust would like to invite interested parties to an ‘Open Event’ to be held in Norwich, week commencing 8.8.2016. Please email Steven.Worley@nchc.nhs.uk to express an interest in this requirement. Further details will be issued once final details are confirmed. It is likely that the Trust will seek to procure this technology via an existing framework agreement, although this is not guaranteed. A contract notice may be issued once a full understanding of the requirement is obtained.
