The client is inviting tenders from suitably qualified Architectural lead Design Team (ADT) Consultants, who will provide on a phased basis complete Project Management and Design Services for the project, including: — Project management; — Conservationist Architect Assessment (Grade 1); — Architectural Design; — Civil/Structural Design; — Mechanical / Electrical Design; — Cost Control / Quantity Surveyors; — Fire Safety Design; — Project Supervisor Design Process.
