Tender description
This notice gives prior information of a forthcoming procurement project which will establish a new Orbis Professional and Technical Services Framework with multiple providers for construction projects and capital programmes. This is being procured and will support and function alongside a new Orbis Construction Framework with multiple contractors, for which a separate Prior Information Notice is being issued concurrently. The Frameworks will be jointly procured by East Sussex County Council and Surrey County Council as part of the Orbis Partnership, its current and future Partners and Clients and other public sector organisations. Please note that East Sussex County Council will be the contractual lead authority for this procurement.
