Applications are invited by the Central Bank of Ireland (The Bank) for the engagement of an Architect led Design Team for the Strategic Security upgrade of the facilities at the Central Bank of Ireland Currency Center in Sandyford. Applications are invited by the Central Bank of Ireland (The Bank) for the engagement of an Architect led Design Team for the Strategic Security upgrade of the facilities at the Central Bank of Ireland Currency Center in Sandyford. Further detail on the works is set out in the PIRM document accompanying this notice. The services required from the successful tenderer in connection with the works include architectural services, project management services, quantity surveying, building services engineering, civil and structural engineering, planning consultancy, landscape architecture, PSDP and assigned certifier services. The services may be provided by a single entity or by a group and interested parties are directed to review the PIRM for details about the Contracting Authority's anticipated requirements in relation to contracting with a group, if the successful tenderer is a group applicant. Interested service providers must complete a Suitability Assessment Questionnaire for each of the separate disciplines identified. It is anticipated that 5 candidates (short listed on the basis of the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire responses) will be invited to tender for appointment. Candidates will see from the accompanying qualification documentation that qualification comprises a mix of minimum criteria and qualitative assessment. Candidates are directed to read the accompanying PIRM and SAQ documents for further information. Interested parties should note that due to the nature of the works, all members of the successful design team will be required to be vetted by An Garda Síochána prior to commencement of the engagement.
