Tender description

The Trust is seeking to make an appointment for Architectural Services for the development of the design information and supporting the client up to completion, handover and operation of the works, fulfilling the duties as set out in the RIBA Plan of Work. The extent of the design work delivered by the selected architects will include internal and external realms of the development, including landscaping, highways alterations, new pedestrian routes and other public spaces as set out in the planning information attached separately. It is expected that the architects selected will demonstrate specific experience in external public realms, street works and landscape design, Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS) and green walls or vertical gardens.
