Tender description

Newcastle City Council currently spends in the region of £80,000 per year on beer, spirits and soft drinks for 2 Council run sites in Newcastle upon Tyne. We currently procure beverages from a single provider from within the UK and it is our intension to also award this new contract to a single provider that can meet our requirements of standard orders and also support emergency orders where necessary. This contract will cover the 3 areas: 1. Beer including line cleaner 2. Spirits 3. Soft drinks The Invitation to Tender is made up in with the following documents, to be read in this order: Part 1 Introduction and organisation’s guide to the tender process; Part 2 Instructions and details of Contract; Schedule 1 - Specification; Schedule 2 – Contract; Schedule 3 - Form of Tender, including Pricing Schedule; Schedule 4 - Certificate of Non-Collusion and Non-Canvassing; Schedule 5 - Contract Rebate Form; Schedule 6 – Pre-Qualification Questionnaire; and Appendix 1.1 - Product Usage 2015. Upload of documentation can take some time, please ensure you provide adequate time to do this ahead of the submission deadline.
