Weather stations

Tender description

The 13 weather stations on various sections of the TLRN collect real-time air temperature, dew-point, road surface and depth temperatures, road surface state, road surface salinity, etc. As such, we need to ensure that the TfL weather stations are maintained and operational during the winter period between 1 October and 30 April each year. The data provided by these weather stations must be viewable by designated TfL personnel and be available to TfL's forecast provider to enable them to create location specific forecasts. The stations are located as follows: Forecast Weather Stations 1. A12 Romford; 2. A2 Black Prince; 3. A501 Regents Park; 4. A40 Gutteridge Wood; 5. Clapham Common; 6. A21 Farnborough; 7. A3 Robin Hood Way; 8. Lambeth Bridge; 9. A12 Vicroria Park 10. A11 Mile End Road; 11. A10 Enfield Town; 12. A3220 Holland Park Roundabout; 13. A406 Barnet.
