Tender description

To deliver a mixed use development ideally along the Kingsway in Swansea City Centre to create approx. 50 intermediate rented flats above commercial floor space. A Development Partner has been awarded to work with Gwalia to deliver the project along the lines of a Package Deal Design and Build. Upon completion of the project, the developer will retain ownership of the whole building when completed, retain responsibility for the commercial units and lease the flats and associated communal areas to Gwalia. A lease agreement between Gwalia and the development partner will establish responsibilities for building maintenance etc.
