Tender description

The Riverside Group Ltd (TRGL) are inviting potential suppliers to tender for the provision of an External Audit, Tax and Financial Consultancy Service. The successful organisation will be required to provide the below services: (a) External audit of all the statutory entities within TRGL. (b) Certification of loan covenant compliance. (c) Preparation and submission to HMRC of corporation tax and charity tax returns for all legal entities within TRGL. (d) Provision of a basic advisory service covering all aspects of tax. (e) Tax advice (f) Financial consultancy. The new contract will be for 4 years with possible 3 x12 month extensions based on performance.
