The Borough Council of Bolton (‘the Authority’) is prepared to receive tenders for Safety Camera Digitisation Upgrade 2016 A666 St Peters Way — Fixed Digital Average Speed Safety Cameras which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. The Provider shall be responsible for the full project management, co-ordination, design and development of the average speed camera upgrade in accordance with the specification.
