You are asked to participate in a request for information (RFI) for support to local planning authorities. The aim of the starter homes policy is to build 200,000 starter homes by the end of this parliament. The starter homes policy mandates that developers bring out sites that include a percentage of starter homes, and for reforms to the planning system to ensure exceptions sites and brownfield land in greenbelt and rural exceptions sites all help deliver starter homes.
